a. Property Unavailability
If the selected property becomes unavailable or is taken off the market due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount paid may be refunded.
b. Cancellation by Customer
Before Agreement Signing: 90% of the booking amount may be refunded.
After Agreement Signing: Refunds will be considered based on the developer’s or builder’s cancellation policy.
After Handover/Transfer of Possession: Refunds are generally not applicable, except in cases of documented discrepancies or legal issues.
c. Duplicate Payment
If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the extra amount will be fully refunded upon verification.
